Charles Davis, a U.S. Army Veteran, advocates for veterans and children’s welfare.
He holds a degree from Keystone College and currently works with Veterans Affairs.
In 2023, he launched. “The Adventures of Leo the Border Collie From PA,” a children’s book series promoting morals, adventure, fun, and safety.
